Testing for the following products will be offered for informational purposes only (certification will NOT be available):
The registration form will reject attempts to register after all the testing slots are filled. After the testing slots have been filled we will start a waiting list. Products on the waiting list are NOT guaranteed a testing slot. *NOTE: Wireless USB vendors hosting their own test suite will need two (2) samples of the registered product and two (2) company representatives or teams to attend for testing purposes. One team and one product sample will remain in your in your stationary test suite for Demonstrated Operability (Demo Op) testing with scheduled vendors. Interoperability Worksheets are provided by the USB-IF to record results during test sessions for each stationary vendor suite, while the other team will accompany the second product sample during roving testing in the USB-IF and other stationary test suites.

- If you miss your assigned test time, you forfeit your test slot. It may NOT be possible to reschedule testing at this workshop.
- Wireless USB attendees must check-in at the USB Hospitality Suite between 3:00 to 4:00PM on Monday, July 20th to confirm your test reservation. If you do not check-in, you forfeit your test reservation and the cancellation policy will apply.
- Become familiar with the stationary interoperability worksheets before the first scheduled visitor to provide adequate test time for each test slot. Provide a copy of the results to the USB-IF by Friday, July 24th.
- There will not be a debug suite available for debugging. Please be sure to pre-test and debug your devices before attending. There will be no rescheduling of test times..
Testing Information
Wireless USB Test Sessions
Please refer to http://www.usb.org/developers/wusb/docs/ for the Wireless USB 1.0 Specification, Wireless test specifications and other related documents.
Wireless USB Interoperability
The USB-IF currently offers Wireless USB silicon certification based on the latest UWB Microsoft driver install. Enumeration and functionality of all peripherals under Microsoft Windows 7 (Beta version) is mandatory. If the peripheral cannot function with the drivers provided by Microsoft, vendor supported software and drivers can be used after submitting feedback at Microsoft Connect.
Host Wire Adapters require the vendor to provide software; drivers; and, if applicable, firmware (DFU) to demonstrate operation with Microsoft Windows 7 or Microsoft Windows XP. NOTE: Microsoft Windows XP can be used to demonstrate operation of the peripheral; however, the peripheral must implement certified silicon.
Pretest
To determine that devices registered for the Wireless USB workshops operate within the basic functionality as defined in the Wireless USB specification, vendors must provide WUSBCV Log files generated by running the WUSBCV Tool on the device. Log files must be sent to USB-IF Administration by July 12th to complete your registration.
Please refer to the Wireless USB compliance workshop and certification lab hardware prequalification tests at http://www.usb.org/developers/events/compshop/WUSB_Testing/pretest.
