SuperSpeed USB Developers Conference

The USB Implementers Forum is proud to announce the SuperSpeed USB Developers Conference! This is your opportunity to hear from the creators of SuperSpeed USB and obtain key learnings on how to incorporate it into your product roadmaps.

The conference will be held at Shangri-La’s Far Eastern Plaza Hotel in TaipeiTaiwan on April 1-2, 2010. The conference will provide detailed information about the SuperSpeed USB (USB 3.0) specification and valuable knowledge for product implementations.

Registration:
The attendance fee for this event is US$345 for USB-IF member registrations received by March 11, 2010 and US$445 for USB-IF member registrations received after March 11, 2010. The attendance fee for non-members is US$695. No refunds will be made on cancellations.

Please note: The last day for online registration is Thursday, March 25. After this date, only on-site registration will be available at US$445 for USB-IF members and US$695 for non-members.

Keynote Speaker Bios


Jeff Ravencraft

Jeff Ravencraft is the President and Chairman of the USB Implementers Forum (USB-IF) industry trade association. He is also a technology strategist for Intel Corporation. He is leading Intel’s effort in SuperSpeed USB. Jeff has been actively involved in wired and wireless technology and standards for many years.


Lee Atkinson

Lee Atkinson is a Distinguished Technologist in the Consumer Notebook group in HP. Lee joined Compaq Computer in 1988, and has had the honor to be the platform architect on their first notebook with USB, and also on the first HP notebooks with Certified USB 2.0, Wireless USB, and now SuperSpeed USB. Based in Houston, Texas, Lee is an aggressive innovator with over 35 US patents.


Tony Chen

Tony Chen has been with
ASUSTek Computer Inc. since 2000. Beginning in 2008 he has served as Corporate Vice President & Vice Chair of System BG. Prior to this, he served as GM of ASUS NB Business Group & Corporate COO. He received his Master of Science at Tufts University in Boston, MA.


Henry Kao
Henry Kao is Vice President of GIGABYTE Motherboard Business unit and has worked at GIGABYTE Technology for 9 years. He previously served as Vice President of Procurement center at GIGABYTE for 2 years.
