Wireless USB Platform Integration Lab
Hosted by Intel Corporation

The WUSB Platform Integration Lab (PIL) is available for assistance with WUSB product development. The lab uses the WUSB Peripheral Development Kit (PDK) to test certain WUSB operation and transactions

For WUSB Devices and DWAs:

o         Connect Request notifications
o         Connect Acknowledge responses
o         Control transactions (Set Address, Get Descriptor, ..)
o         Bulk transfers
o         Interrupt transfers

Most standard WUSB Device/DWA operations accept isochronous traffic.
Directed beaconing testing is currently not supported.

Operations will be checked with a WUSB host system.
No security or association transactions are currently used or tested.

Other capabilities will be added when available.

For a WUSB Host:

o         Connect request notifications
o         Connect acknowledge responses
o         Control transactions (set address, get descriptor, etc.)
o         Bulk transfers
o         Interrupt transfers

Most standard WUSB Device/DWA operations accept isochronous traffic and Radio Control Interrupt (RCI)

Operations will be checked with a WUSB host system.
No security or association transactions are currently used or tested.

Other capabilities will be added when available.

Testing will include USB-IF WUSB compliance test procedures as these become established

The USB Implementers Forum is pleased to announce the launch of wireless testing at USB-IF Certified Independent Test Labs. Vendors can now register their products for testing through the USB-IF online tool and select their desired lab for testing. Intelís PIL lab will no longer be utilized for Wireless Certification except for Host Adapters (WHCI & HWA) with uncertified silicon. The lab will remain available for debug and development testing.
